How a supervisor letter should look

Federal Court of Justice palace in Karlsruhe

A letter to a supervisor is not a thread. Short facts, numbered annexes, one ask. Do not attach a pitch deck. Do not attach seed material. Do not argue the internet.

We draft German for the authority and English for the client so the board sees the same file. Deadlines go on the first page. Names match the register.

If company documents exist — licence scan, LEI, address — they go in the annex as they are, not redrawn in the public brand’s colours.
